Shipping Details
USPS- Standard Shipping is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. I will get your package to the post office within two business days. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
The Boutique by Glamour By B is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service or UPS shipping, lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. If you receive a damaged package please reach out to me and then file a claim with the carrier by googling UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support. I am not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
If you order multiple times in one day please email me to combine your order and I can refund one of your shipping charges!
The Boutique by Glamour By B will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (The Boutique GBB E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order was received. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial. Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting me within 3 days of delivery.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit (The Boutique GBB E-Gift Card) You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. Simply head to our "Start a Return" page and log in to our self serve return portal to start your return.
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, I will not accept a return.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact me at glamourbyb@hotmail.com, within 3 days to inform me of the issue. If I am not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- I am not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
How Long will it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-10 business days once I receive your return, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. I am not responsible if a package is shipped back to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact me via email at glamourbyb@hotmail.com. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting me. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact me after the estimated delivery time has passed.
